Join Claremont Ensemble in 2025

An evening of Viola and Harp

The programme has been built up around Lili Boulanger's 'Nocturne' and Rebecca Clarke's 'I'll bid My Heart Be Still'

Set against the backdrop of the years leading up to 1918, the evening celebrates  Rebecca Clarke and Lili Boulanger, and their links to Vaughan Williams and Faure.

With Debussy as the inspiration that binds their fascinating and dramatic stories together, both composers mark a point in time of incredible creativity amidst personal and international uncertainty.
